Parc Life EC is a join development project of Frasers Centrepoint limited and Keong Hong Holding Limited. It is a 99-years leasehold Sembawang Executive Condominium (EC) located at Canberra Drive in Singapore District 28. It comprises of 600 units with ancillary facilities. It is situated near Sembawang MRT Station as well as Sembawang Bus Interchange.

The show-flat is opened since April 2016 and is installed with Fibaro intelligent smart home automation system by L3Homation. The system enables future residences to control, monitor and secure their home wherever they are if internet connection is available. The system works in line with the Singapore smart city vision and fully utilizes the IoT technology to improve residents lifestyle. Remote control door assess with branded Yale digital Z Wave door lock, IP camera and motion detectors are also part of the features. The system is also smart window blinds ready.

L3 Homeation completed the setup of the home automation in the project in 2018.
